| 摘 要： | 目的确定猫爪草多糖对实验动物免疫功能的影响。方法环磷酰胺造模法制作免疫抑制小鼠模型,灌胃给药,观察和比较猫爪草多糖对其腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、溶血素形成以及外周血T淋巴细胞数的影响。结果猫爪草多糖可使吞噬百分率、吞噬指数显著升高;猫爪草多糖可显著促进溶血素的形成并提高外周血中T淋巴细胞数。结论猫爪草多糖对正常及免疫抑制小鼠均有免疫兴奋作用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of the polysaccharide on immune function.MethodsThe IS.model in Kunming mice was induced by Cyclophospharmude,and the phagoctosis of peritoneal macrophage,the formuation of hemoloysin and the number of T-lymphocytes in penpheral blood were observed.ResultsThe extract from Radix Ranunculi Ternati could elevate the percent and the index of phagocytosis,enhance the formation of the hemolysin obviously,and increase the number of T-lymphocytes in peripheral blood.ConclusionThe polysaccharide of Radix Ranunculi Ternati can stimulate the immunologic function of normal and IS.Kunming mice. |
