| 摘 要： | 采用流行病学调查方法对４１例胃癌患者及４１例非消化道疾病和非肿瘤对照者，筛选出致胃癌的环境危险因素；应用多聚酶链式反应（ｐｏｌｙｍｅｒａｓｅ ｃｈａｉｎ ｒｅａｃｔｉｏｎ，ＰＣＲ）方法对其外周血细胞进行ＧＳＴＭ１基因检测。结果发现胃癌组ＧＳＴＭ１基因缺失率为５８．５％。对照组为３４．１％，两组差异有统计学意义（Ｘ＾２＝３．９７２，ｐ〈０．０５，ＯＲ＝２．７２４），同时暴露于吸烟，经常吃皮蛋、咸蛋、 |
