| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨实质性血管母细胞瘤的MR特点。方法：回顾分析22例经手术病理证实的实质性血管母细胞瘤的MR资料。结果：22例血管母细胞瘤均位于后颅窝，3例多发。肿瘤表现为不均匀稍长T1及长T2信号，强化明显，轻到重度水肿，15例病灶内部和周围见血管流空现象，17例与邻近脑膜关系密切。结论：实质性血管母细胞瘤MRI在病变部位、强化方式、血管流空等方面有一定特征，但不典型者需与脑膜瘤、星形细胞瘤、转移瘤等鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the MRI manifestation of solid hemangioblastomas.Methods:MRI of 22 cases of solid hemangioblastomas proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All cases were located in posterior cranial fossa and showed slight long T 1 and long T 2 signal. The obvious enhancement were seen in all cases.It can be seen the blood vessel flow-void-sign within and around the masses.Most of the cases had a close relation with surrounding meninges.Conclusion:The MRI of solid hemangioblastoma has some characteristics in the location,the manner of enhancent and the flow-void-sign,but the atypical cases should be differentiated from meningioma, metastesis and astrocytoma. |
