多肿瘤标志物联合检测和分析对肺癌诊断的临床价值

目的：研究多肿瘤标志物联合检测对肺癌诊断的应用价值。方法：使用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统检测已确诊肺癌患者、肺部良性疾病和健康体检者的肿瘤标志物信息,并进行统计学分析。结果：肺癌患者中有75.8%血清肿瘤标志物显示阳性,良性疾病组有27.5%的肿瘤标志物高于正常值,而体检对照组的阳性率为8.5%。肺癌诊断的敏感性为75.8%,特异性为91.5%。结论：多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对肺癌的临床诊断有一定的参考价值,且适合肿瘤高危人群的定期筛查体检。

THE CLINICAL VALUE OF COMBINED DETECTION AND ANALYSIS OF MULTI-TUMOR MARKERS IN PULMONARY CANCER DIAGNOSIS
