某医院非计划再手术原因分析

目的为提高医疗质量，保证医疗安全提供管理依据。方法对某医院行非计划再手术病例进行回顾性分析。结果一年间该院非计划再手术率为0．61％，非计划再手术的发生与患者自身情况、手术难度有关，术前估计不足、术后感染、出血、未达预期效果是发生非计划再手术的主要原因。结论做好术前评估、严格执行手术分级管理制度、规范手术操作规程是降低非计划再手术率的保证。

Analysis on Unplanned Re-operation in a Hospital

Objective To provide the management basis for improving the quality of medical care, and ensuring medical safety. Methods A retro-spective survey was done on the patients who suffered from unplanned re-operation in a hospital. Results The incidence of unplanned re-operation in the hospital was 0.61% in one year, related to the physical condition of patients and the difficulty of operation. The main reasons for unplanned re-operation were underestimation of preoperative, postoperative infection, bleeding, and don＇t meet the desired effect. Conclusion Good preoperative evalua- tion, strict implementation of the surgical classification management system, standardize the surgical operating procedures are the guarantee to reduce unplanned re-operation rate.
