| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对肺癌患者实施护理干预后的生活质量。方法对2011年1月至2012年5月收治的80例肺癌患者实施综合护理干预,并运用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和生活质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)观察干预前后生活质量的改变。结果护理干预后患者的心身症状和生活质量均有所改善(P<0.05)。结论采取心理护理等个性化综合护理,可使患者生活质量提高,心身状态有效改善。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the quality of life in the implementation of nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer.Methods 80 cases of lung cancer patients from January 2011 to May 2012 were integrated care intervention,and the use of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,SelfRating Depression Scale（SDS） and the quality of life of the core scale（QLQ-C30） changes in quality of life observed before and after the intervention.Results Nursing intervention in patients with psychosomatic symptoms and quality of life were improved（P 0.05）.Conclusion Psychological care personalized care taken to improve the quality of life of patients and can be effective in improving the physical and mental state. |
