换瓣术后低钠血症原因及治疗

目的探讨风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换术后出现低钠血症的原因和治疗。方法回顾性分析305例接受瓣膜置换术的患者术前状况,术后低钠血症的发生和治疗情况。结果手术成功302例,死亡3例;术前低钠血症发生48例(15.7%);术后低钠血症243例(79.7%),其中重度11例,中度95例,轻度134例。通过调节利尿剂、补液类型、饮食以及补钠治疗,最终低钠血症全部纠正。结论风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换术后患者低钠血症有较高的发生率,通过早期诊断和治疗可完全纠正低钠血症,大大提高患者的术后生存率。
