Abstract: | Two new bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids, neothalfine (1) and thaliatrine (2), together with three known dimeric alkaloids, thalifaberine, thalistine, and thalirecebine, have been isolated from the roots of Thalictrum atriplex Finet et Gagnep. Their structures have been established by spectroscopy. Compound 1 showed in vitro antiplatelet aggregation activities. |
