| 摘 要： | 本研究分析总结了本教学基地自2018年以来的超声住培举措。从教学理念陈旧、教学方法单一、学员解决问题能力薄弱及其心理问题的忽视等方面梳理了现存的住培问题，并针对性地提出了贯通融合的解决方法，同时在教学相长的反馈互动中分享心得。开展多层次及多角度的综合培训，旨在完善规范化培训体系，实现医教一体，培育高水平的超声人才。

| Abstract: | This study analyzes and summarizes the measures for standardized residency training for ultrasound in our teaching base since 2018. Existing issues in residency training were analyzed from the aspects of outdated teaching concept, single teaching methods, weak problem-solving ability of trainees, and psychological problems of trainees, and this article puts forward corresponding solutions for integration and shares our experience in feedback interaction. Multi-level and multi-angle comprehensive training is implemented to perfect the standardized training system, realize the integration of medicine and education, and cultivate high-level ultrasound talents. |
