| 摘 要： | 内窥镜是一种安全、有效的新型手术器械，近年来已应用于眼科领域，其在泪道等外眼疾病的诊治渐趋成熟，并逐渐显示出在睫状体部或屈光间质不清的内眼手术中不可替代的应用价值，使用指征逐渐拓宽，本文复习近有关文献，就眼用内窥镜发展历史，基本原理和构造、临床应用现状以及发展前景作一综述。

| Abstract: | Microendoscope is a safety, useful machine in ophthalmology. Lacrimal microendoscope system has been used in clinical examination for some time. Various types of ophthalmic endoscopes have been developed for the observation of areas in which the operating microscope could not provide an adequate view. Technical characteristics of a new stereoscopic ophthalmic system developed for the direct observation of intraocular structures are described herein. |
