| 摘 要： | 我们对51例确诊幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的活动性十二指肠溃疡患者给予雷尼替丁150mg,每日2次,共28天,羟氨苄青霉素500mg,每日3次,及甲硝唑400mg,每日2次,共14天治疗,于第6周复查胃镜、活检组织学、尿素酶试验和~(13)C 尿素呼吸试验,以鉴定溃疡愈合和 HP 根除情况。结果:HP 根除率88.2%,溃疡愈合率88.2%,副反应很小,显示本疗法是值得推荐的方案。

| Abstract: | We have performed a study on 51 cases of confirmed Helicobacter pylori(HP)-positive duo- denal ulcer(DU)to assess the effect of combined therapy for the healing of DU and eradication of HP.Patients were given Ranitidine 150mg bid for 28 days plus Amoxicillin 500mg tid and Metron- idazole 400mg bid for the first 14 days.Endoscopy was repeated at the end of week 6.Histology, ~(13)C-urea breath test and urease test were done to determine the HP status.Results:HP eradication was achieved in 45/51 cases(88.2%),ulcer healing,45/51(88.2%).Side effect was rare.Our study showed that this regimen was worth recommending to the clinical pratice. |
