| 摘 要： | 目的综合分析我院医疗质量情况,为医院管理部门制订决策提供科学依据。方法采用加权TOPSIS法,对我院近6年医疗统计报表中有代表性的指标进行合成,得出各年的综合评价值。结果我院医疗质量呈逐年上升趋势,且近2年更显著。结论TOPSIS法简便实用,可清楚地反映我院开展医院管理年活动后医疗质量不断提升。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the indexes of medical quality in our hospital and offer the decision-making bases for management department. Methods The representative indexes were chosen from statistical reports of our hospital in recent 6 yeats, the evaluation of medical quality was analyzed by weighted TOPSIS method. Results The medical quality of our hospital was improving year by year,it has remarkable change in recent 2 years. Conclusions TOPSIS is simple and practical,it reflects obviously the medical quality unceasing inlprovment after ＇ the year of hospital management＇ were taken. |
