尼卡地平联合卡维地洛治疗肾性高血压21例

目的 观察尼卡地平联合卡维地洛治疗肾性高血压的疗效和安全性. 方法 将49例肾性高血压患者随机分为两组. 对照组28例, 给予尼卡地平80 mg, q 8 h;治疗组21例, 在对照组基础上加卡维地洛25～50 mg, qd. 两组均连用8周. 监测治疗前后血压、心率、肾功能等. 结果 对照组降血压总有效率为67.86%, 治疗组总有效率为80.95%. 两组患者治疗前后心率、肾功能等均无明显改变, 无明显不良反应. 结论 尼卡地平联合卡维地洛治疗肾性高血压安全有效, 其疗效优于单用尼卡地平.

Nicardipine Combined with Carvedilol in the Treatment of 21 Cases of Renal Hypertension

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of nicardipine combined with carvedilol on renal hypertension. Methods Forty-nine renal hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with nicardipine 80 mg q 8 h,while patients in treatment group nicardipine 40 mg q 8 h and carvedilol 25-50 mg qd for 8 weeks.Blood pressure,heart rate,renal function were detected before and after treatment. Results Total efficiency of lowering blood pressure in the control group was 67.86%,and that in the treatment group was 80.95%.There were no significant changes in heart rate,and renal function before and after treatment in two groups with no obvious adverse events. Conclusion Nicardipine combined with carvedilol was efficient and safe for the treatment of renal hypertension,which was more efficient than nicardipine alone.
