摘    要:目的 探讨新一代人工心脏瓣膜材料--离子束增强沉积的掺杂化钛(Ti-O)的耐磨性能与血液相容性。方法 用Ti-O试样薄膜与心脏瓣膜材料热解碳(LTIC)薄膜进行以下几个步骤:(1)体外消盘式摩擦磨损实验;(2)体外血液相容性对比实验;(3)成对置入实验犬腹主动脉;(4)成对埋右心房内17、60、100d后取样作扫描电镜研究。结果 Ti-O的磨痕宽度仅为0.1mm,LTIC为0.9mm,差异有显著性

Abstract:Objective To investigate the abradability and blood compatibility of a new type mechanical artificial heart valve (non stoichiometrical titanium oxide film of amorphous structure by ion beam enhanced deposition).Methods The sample of Ti O film and low temperature isotropic pyrolytic carbon (LTIC) material, now widely used in contemporary merchant artificial heart valve, were compared in vitro by scratch test. Three point bending experiment was performed to observe the mechanical properties, fatigue behavior and wear properties, in vivo test by immerge in blood of dog's heart and abdominal aorta for 17, 60 and 100 days separately then observed by scanning electromicroscope. Results The width of rubbing vestige was only 0.1 mm for Ti O film, but was 0.9 mm for LTIC. There was significant difference between them. Clotting time measurement, platelet adhesion, hemolysis, thrombin time and protein adhesion test in vitro shown the better blood compatibility of Ti O film than LTIC. In vivo experiment further performed implanted the two kind of samples into the atrium and aorta of dog's, scanning electromicroscope revealed at three duration of time that there were a lot blood cells and fiber shaped things adhered on LTIC surface and these blood cell platelets had deformed, a volume of thrombus was formed and piled up on the LTIC surface, but there wasn't thrombus on the Ti O film surface.Conclusion Ti O had a much better blood compatibility and had a possibility to become an advanced new material for mechanical artificial heart valve.;
