医院病区清洁卫生服务管理的做法与体会

摘    要:目的探索医院病区清洁卫生服务管理方法。方法制订新的病区清洁、保洁卫生专业标准及管理规范;落实人员,组织培训;明确管理机构、职责任务;公示病区清洁卫生服务内容。结果实施后,病人、医护人员对病区清洁服务的综合满意度提高。结论新的医院病区清洁卫生服务管理方法更适应现代医院发展的要求,可以有效改善病人的就医环境和医务人员的工作环境。

Abstract:Objective To explore the management mode of cleaning service in hospital medical district.Methods The following measures were carried out,such as working out the new supervisory,norm and the professional standards of the cleaning and hygiene service,choosing the personnel and organizing training,making clear of the management organization and their duties and responsibilities,publicized the contents of cleaning service in medcial district. Result This practice increased the patients'and medcial staff's satisfaction with the cleaning and hygiene service.Conclusion The new management mode for the cleaning and hygiene service in medical district has been proved to be more suitable to the development of modern hospital and could effec- tively improve the medieal environment both for the patients and medical staff.
