抗病毒治疗联合海带湿敷对急性肿胀腮腺炎患者临床疗效的影响

目的探讨抗病毒治疗联合海带湿外敷对急性肿胀腮腺炎患者临床疗效的影响。方法将120例急性肿胀腮腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组接受标准抗病毒治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上予以海带外敷局部理疗,每日4次,每次60min。观察并记录2组腮腺局部皮温、疼痛强度、并发症发生率、治疗效果及时间。结果 2组患者治疗5d后,在局部皮温、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)数字评分、治疗有效率、满意度及出院时间等方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);而并发症发生率差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗有效率、满意度均高于对照组,且治愈时间则低于对照组。结论抗病毒治疗联合海带湿外敷可减轻急性肿胀腮腺炎患者局部疼痛、降低腮腺处皮温、缩短住院时间及提高患者舒适满意度。

The cold effect of antiviral therapy combined with seaweed wet compress on clinical efficacy in patients with acute swel-ling of mumps

Objective To explore the clinical effect on acute swelling mumps by antivirus therapy with seaweed wets apply.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute swelling mumps are randomized in two groups,60 cases for each group.The control group underwent antivirus therapy and nursing;and in addition to antivirus therapy,the observation group underwent the seaweed wet apply 4 times a day,60 minutes per time.Local skin temperature,pain intensity,incidence of complications,treatment effect and time were observed and recorded.Results After 5 days of treatment,local skin temperature,pain VAS numerical score,treatment efficiency,satisfaction and hospital stay were compared in the two groups,and a statistically significant difference(P<0.05) was found.And the incidence of complications was not significant(P>0.05).Therapy efficiency and satisfaction were higher in the observation group,and the curing time in the observation group is lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The combination of antivirus therapy and seaweed wets apply can relieve the local pain of acute swelling mumps,lower the local skin temperature,shorten the hospital stay and improve patients′ satisfaction.
