Kinetic Learning Methods-

Kinetic Learning Methods (KLM) is an active, experiential method of working with individuals to further personal growth and development. Based on concepts derived from experiential learning and utilizing techniques from a variety of disciplines, KLM has direct applications for use with youth in residential treatment. A description of the KLM process with disturbed and/or delinquent students and report of a 10 week program, participant evaluations of the experience and indications of carry over of the learning to other situations is presented.
