| 摘 要： | 目的 观察丝裂霉素C(MMC)辅助准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)治疗高度近视的临床疗效发术后并发症.方法 对118例(236只眼)高度近视患者接受LASEK治疗,术中MMC侵润术区2 min.观察术后视力恢复及屈光回退情况、术后眼部疼痛表现、haze现象.结果 术后7d,所有患者均无疼痛感.术后6个月,视力达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力228例(96.61％),平均屈光度( +0.54±0.24)D,haze发生率仅4.66％.结论 MMC辅助LASEK治疗高度近视安全、有效、复发率低.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and complication of laser subepithelial keratom ileusis （LASEK） combined with mitomyein C（MMC） in treatment of high myopia. Methods 118 eases（236 eyes） diag- nosed as high myopia were treated by LASEK combined with MMC. The changes of vision, refractive regression, post- operation pain and haze were observed. Results 7-days after operation, all patients＇ post-operation relief. 6-months after operation, the quantity of vision reached or exceeded BCVA were 228 cases （96.61%）, average refraction wsa （ ＋ 0.54 ±0.24） D, the incidence of haze was 4.66%. Conclusion Is safe the LASEK combined with MMC in treatment of high myopia, effective, low incidence of haze. |
