肺结核合并糖尿病患者血糖控制程度与抗结核治疗疗效的关系

目的 观察肺结核合并糖尿病患者的血糖控制程度与抗结核治疗疗效的关系.方法 回顾性分析临床资料完整的168例肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床资料.结果 血糖控制理想组、尚可组、较差组病灶吸收分别为65.8％、36.4％、20.0％,空洞闭合分别为52.1％、49.1％、17.5％,病菌阴转分别为95.9％、89.1％、77.5％.理想组、尚可组与较差组差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 控制好血糖是治疗肺结核合并糖尿病的关键,长程抗结核治疗方案效果可能更好.

Relatiomship between blood glucose levels and anti-TB efficiency of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes

Objective To observe the relationship between blood glucose levels and anti-TB efficiency of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 168 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus was done. Results The tuberculosis lesions healing rate of good blood glucose control group, passable glucose control group,poor glucose control group is respectively 65.8%, 36.4% and 20.0%. Void closure rate is respectively 52.1% ,49.1% and 17.5%. Sputum bacteria negative conversion rate is respectively 95.9% ,89.1% and 77.5 %. By comparison of the three groups, the difference was statistically significant （all P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Actively controlling blood sugar was key to the treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes, and long-tem anti-tuberculosis trentment program had more good effect.
