三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术2860例临床分析

目的探讨三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2860例行三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。结果2773例成功完成三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术，转为四孔法56例，中转开腹31例。术后全组无死亡。术中出血平均为10ml；手术时间15～55min，平均30min；术后住院2～8d，平均3．2d。结论三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有创伤小、时间短、失血少、恢复快等优点，是一种安全有效，值得推广的方法。

Analysis of 2860 patients undergoing three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of three-pert approach laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Clinical data from 2860 cases between October 1998 and May 2007 undergoing elective lapamscopic cholecystectomy via three-pert technique Was analyzed:Results 2773 patients successfully underwent the three-pert iaparoscopic cholecystectomy.Fourth pert was used in 56 patients.31 patients were converted to open cholecysteetomy. Operative time ranged from 15 to 55 min(nleau,30 min).The postoperative hospital stay ranged from 2 to 8 days.Conclusion Laparoscopic eholecystectomy via three-port technique has many advantages such as being mini.invasive.1ess painful,shorter in duration,less blood loss and rapid recovery and therefore deserves widespread application.
