浙江省杭州市余杭区成人被动吸烟知信行调查

目的了解余杭区成人被动吸烟知识、态度及行为，为政府制定公共场所相关控烟政策提供依据，维护公民健康权。方法2007年9月采用随机抽样的方法，对我区五类公共场所257名18岁以上的居民进行问卷调查。结果有83．7％被调查者在一周内处于1～7天不等的被动吸烟状况中；对“被动吸烟的人更容易得心脏病”、“丈夫吸烟妻子更容易得肺癌”等被动吸烟危害认识不够；尚有46．7％的被调查者不会主动提出不让其他人在自己面前吸烟；90％以上的人认为“医院”、“学校”及“公共交通工具”中要全部禁烟。结论完善控烟法规，加大控烟法规执行力及加强被动吸烟危害的宣传是维护公民健康权的根本措施。

Study on knowledge, attitudes and behavior of passive smoking among adults in Yuhang district of Hangzhou City of Zhejiang Province

Objective To understand knowledge, attitudes and behavior of passive smoking among adults in Yuhang district, and to provide governments with evidence for developing tobacco control policies in order to ensure citizens＇ right to health. Methods 257 participants aged 18 and above were randomly selected in five different kinds of public places in September, 2007. Results 83, 7% of participants were exposed to environmental tobacco smoke in 1 -7 days per week. The awareness rate of passive smoking harms including ＂those with passive smoking are more likely to have heart diseases＂ and ＂wives whose husbands are smokers are more likely to have lung cancer＂ was low. 46. 7% of participants would not ask others not to smoke around them. Over 90% of them thought that smoking should be completely prohibited in hospitals, schools and public transportation vehicles. Conclusion Improving tobacco control policies, enforcing laws and regulations, and enhancing education on passive smoking harms are fundamental measures to ensure citizens＇ right to health.
