| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的方法和疗效。方法:运用锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折46例,术后早期结合CPM机行膝关节功能锻炼。结果:45例患者获得8~24个月的随访(平均16个月),术后骨折愈合时间平均为5个月。膝关节功能参照Merchant功能评定标准,优27例、良15例、可3例,优良率91.3%。结论:锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效确切,具有对机体创伤小,固定牢靠,关节功能恢复快,并发症少等优点。
