| 摘 要： | 目的观察阑尾脓肿一期手术切除的疗效、平均住院日、住院费用及并发症等,并将结果与非手术疗法进行对比.方法将2年来收治的64例阑尾脓肿病例的手术一期切除和非手术治疗方法进行分析,其中手术组28例,非手术组36例.结果手术组具有疗效肯定,平均住院日短,住院费用低,并发症少的特点.结论一期手术切除治疗急性期阑尾脓肿具有疗程短,费用低,避免复发的行之有效的方法,较非手术治疗效果为优.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect, average being in hospital time, fee and complication. Methods To make an analysis for 64 cases patients with appendicealad abscess treated by I cutting and non-operation healing, the operating team is 28 cases, non-operation team is 36 cases. Results The effect of the operation is affirmative, the av-erage being in hospital time is short and the fee is low and complication is less. Conclusions I cutting of appendiceal ab-scess has a short course of treatment, low fee and a good effect. |
