螺旋CT在肺挫裂伤诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨胸部螺旋CT在肺挫裂伤中的诊断价值。方法分析82例肺挫裂伤患者的临床、CT表现及相关资料。结果胸部螺旋CT检查能良好地显示胸部外伤中的肺挫裂伤病变。其诊断价值明显优于传统X线胸片,并能准确显示肋骨骨折、血气胸等胸部并发病变,而且常能发现肝、脾等邻近脏器的损伤。结论胸部螺旋CT检查对肺挫裂伤的诊断、随访及发现并发症具有十分重要的意义,可指导对临床处理。

The evaluation of pulmonary contusion by spiral CT

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of thoracic spiral CT for pulmonary contusion. Methods The clinical aspccts,CT appearances and relevant datas of 82 cases of pulmonary contusion were analyzed. Results The examination of thoracic spiral CT could discovery satisfactorily the foci of pulmonary contusion in the course of thoracic trauma. Its diagnostic value had an obvious advantage over chest radiograph, which could display accurately thoracic complications including rib fracture, hemat-pneumothorax and could clearly demonstrate the adjacent organic trauma involving liver,spleen and so on. Conclusion The examination of thoracic spiral CT plays a significant role in the diagnosis of pulmonary contusion, the observation of the changes of the lesions and the diagnosis of complications. In addition, it has a value of clinical treatment.
