欧普乐喉罩对腹腔镜胆囊切除术全麻患者应激反应的影响

目的评价全麻欧普乐喉罩(OPLAC-LMA)通气对患者应激反应的影响。方法选择40例全麻腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机均分为全麻欧普乐喉罩组(Ⅰ组)和气管插管组(Ⅱ组)。监测BP、HR、ECG、SpO2、PETCO2,并于诱导前(T0)和诱导后3min(T1)、6min(T2)、10min(T3)抽血查血浆肾上腺素(E)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)浓度。结果Ⅱ组T1、T2时的HR、SBP、DBP及血浆E、NE水平明显高于T0时和Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结论全麻欧普乐喉罩通气用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,应激反应明显轻于气管插管。

Effect of OPLAC-LMA on cardiovascular stress response during general anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopy cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate the effect of OPLAC-LMA ventilation on stress response during general anesthesia in the patients undergoing laparoscopy cholecystectomy (LC). Methods Forty LC patients were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases each. Ventilation was performed with LMA(group Ⅰ) or tracheal intubation(group Ⅱ). The BP, HR, SpO_2, P_ETCO_2 and ECG were recorded. The levels of plasma norepinehprine(NE) and epinehprine (E) were detecded before(T_0),at 3(T_1),6(T_2),and 10 min(T_3) after anesthesia induction. Results The levels of E, NE, BP and HR at T_1 and T_2 in group Ⅰ were higher than those at T_0 and in group Ⅱ (P<0. 05). Conclusion Compared to conventional tracheal intuhation, the stress response is lower during ventilation with OPLAC LMA in LC patients under general anesthesia.
