凝集素受体在正常食管上皮及食管鳞状细胞癌中分布的研究

应用花生凝集素（ＰＮＡ）、豌豆凝集素（ＰＳＡ）和双花扁豆凝集素（ＤＢＡ）对４例非肿瘤死亡的尸体解剖食管上皮和３０例食管鳞状细胞癌及其周围的食管粘膜进行免疫标记，以分析在发生癌变时食管粘膜上皮细胞表面的糖基变化，结果表明：４例尸解食管上皮对ＰＮＡ、ＰＳＡ标记呈阴性，而对ＤＢＡ标记呈阳性，在食管粘膜上皮发生癌变时ＰＮＡ及ＰＳＡ标记转为阳性，阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度有关，相反，在食管上皮癌变时ＤＢＡ标记的阳性率下降甚至全部消失。说明细胞在发生癌变时会导致细胞表面的糖链结构发生变化。另外，食管癌周围形态学正常的粘膜上皮对ＰＮＡ及ＰＳＡ标记也有１６％和１２％的阳性表达，推测可能在粘膜上皮细胞尚未发生形态学改变时其细胞表面的糖基链就已经发生了变化。

Distribution of Lectin PNA,PSA,DBA Receptors in the Normal Esophageal Epithelium and Esophageal Cancer

cases of esophageal cancerous tissues and 4 cases of esophageal epithelium from autopsy of other diseases were marked immunohistochemically with lectin PNA ,PSA and DBA. The results showed that negative staining reaction of PNA and PSA appeared in the 4 cases of autopsy esophageal epithelium and positive DBA staining reaction appeared in these cases.Where as in malignant changes,the PNA and PSA reaction turn to positive and DBA staines declined or even disappeared. It is explained that the changes of cellular glycoconjugate can occur in malignant state.In addition, positive saining reaction of PNA and PSA appeared in the 7 cases of normal esophageal epithelium which near the cancer.It is conjectured that the changes of glycoconjugate of esophageal epithelium cells are occured before the apperance morthlogyical changes.The relationshipbetween the location of lectin receptors and the degree of differentiation or infilitrativing growth of tumors was discussed.
