抗菌药物专项整治前后我院抗菌药物使用情况分析

目的:评价抗菌药物专项整治活动对我院抗菌药物应用的影响。方法:收集我院在专项整治前(2011年1-6月)、后(2012年1-6月)抗菌药物的使用数据,并进行统计分析。结果:我院经过抗菌药物专项整治后,除门诊抗菌药物用药频度有所增长(增长了21.9%)外,其他抗菌药物使用指标均有所下降:抗菌药物使用金额占药品使用总金额比例下降了1.5%,门、急诊使用抗菌药物处方百分率分别下降了1.5%和0.8%,住院患者抗菌药物使用率、用药频度和使用强度分别下降了10.5%、20.3%和16.7%,I类切口手术抗菌药物使用率下降了11.5%。结论:抗菌药物专项整治活动促进了我院抗菌药物的合理使用,降低了抗菌药物在我院的使用率,但住院患者抗菌药物使用强度和I类切口手术抗菌药物使用率仍未达到卫生部要求,还需加强管控和宣教。

Analysis of the Practice of Antimicrobial Agents in Our Hospital before and after the Special Rectification of Antimicrobial Drug Use

Objective： To evaluate the impacts of special rectification of antimicrobial drug use in our hospital.Methods： Data of the antimicrobial agent use before（Jan.to Jun.2011） and after（Jan.to Jun.2012） the rectification were collected and analyzed.Results： After the rectification of our hospital,the proportion of the antimicrobial agent amount was reduced by 1.5%,and the utilization rate of antimicrobial agents in outpatient,emergency and inpatient department decreased by 1.5%,0.8% and 10.5% respectively.The Defined Daily Doses（DDDs） and the Antibiotics Use Density（AUD） decreased by 20.3% and 16.7%,respectively.The utilization rate of antimicrobial agents in patients with clean operation was reduced by 11.5%.However,the DDDs of outpatient department increased by 21.9%.Conclusion： The special rectification of antimicrobial drug use promoted rational use of antimicrobial agents in our hospital,with reduced utilization rate of antimicrobial agents.But the AUD of inpatient department and the utilization rate of antimicrobial agents in patients with clean operation had not yet reached the requirement of special rectification of antimicrobial drug use,and still needed to be improved.
