护理服务中心护理人员的心态与需求的调查分析

摘    要:目的:为提高护理服务中心的护理服务质量,完善护理服务的管理。对护理服务中心从事护理服务的226人进行调查。结果显示护理人员均有一定的心理压力,需要学习与护理相关的法律知识,制订各种疾病规范化护理的要求。

Abstract:Purpose: Tianjin Nursing Association Service Center has been founded for 20 years and has accoumulated abundant management skills. With the development of social de-mends , nursing service in family and hospital increases constantly. So there will be a survey in order to improve the quality and perfect the management of nursing service. Methods: The condensed questionnaire was designed by myself and an investigation involved about 226 Nursing Service Associators, 90 special nurses and 136 common nurses included. Result: Nurses have such mental pressure that they need to learn some legal knowledge about nursing service and lay down standard nursing demands of all kinds of disease. Conclusion: We will organize joint meeting of special nurses and common nurses, investigate feedback information from patients and their family members, standardize the content and scope of nursing service, and enhance the learning of correated legal knowledge and enrich the theory about nursing service.
