维拉帕米抗缺血心肌脂质过氧化与促进前列环素合成作用

摘    要:“钙拮抗剂维拉帕米对离体大鼠心脏缺氧再给氧损伤和在体大鼠心脏缺血再灌注损伤均有预防性保护作用。维拉帕米能显著减少缺血心肌磷酸肌酸激酶释放,降低丙二醛含量和保护超氧化物歧化酶活性。在整体动物心肌缺血再灌注损伤实验,维拉帕米能显著促进缺血心肌前列环素合成。结果表明维拉帕米对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用与抗脂质过氧化有关,其促进前列环素合成作用可能与其抗心肌缺血有关。

Abstract:It has been well documented that calcium antagonists can protect myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injuries. In the present study, the effect of verap amil on lipid peroxidation and prostaglan din synthesis in myocardial tissue during reoxygenation of hypoxic hearts in vitro and reperfusion of infarcted hearts in. intact rat were investigated. Verapamil significantly decreased CPK release and lowered the content of malondialdchyde and protected superoxide dismutase activity of ischemic myocardium. Verapamil markedly stimulated prostacyclin synthesis of ischemic myocar-dium in vivo, measured by R1AThe results indicate that the effect of verapamil on protection on myocardium from ischemia is correlated with prevention of myocardial lipid peroxidation, and that prostacyclin may play a role in the therapeutic effect of verapamil in myocardial ischemia.
