潘南金用于心房纤颤转复后维持窦性心律的疗效观察

目的：观察潘南金对心房纤颤转复为窦性心律后维持窦性心律的作用．方法：将35例心房纤颤转复为窦性心律患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，两组均给予维持量抗心律失常药口服，同时治疗组给潘南金2片，每日3次口服，观察窦性心律维持时间、心功能变化及副反应发生率．结果：两组间半年有效率无统计学差异，一年有效率，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05），结论：潘南金为维持窦性心律、防止房颤复发的良好辅助药物，值得临床推广．

Effect of Panangin on maintenance of sinus rhythm returning from atrial fibrillation

To observe effects of Panangin on maintenance of sinus rhythm returning from atrial fibrillation, 35 patients with sinus rhythm returning from atrial fibrillation randomized into 2 groups. Control group was given maintaining doses of antiarrhythmic agents and in the meantime Panangin (2 tabels) was given tid p.o. in therapy group. The time of the sinus rhythm maintained and the changes in heart function and the rate of side-effect were observed. The results showed no significant difference in the half-year effect rate and significant difference in the whole-year effect rate between two groups (P<0.05). Therefore Panangin keeps and Panangin is a good accessory medicine maintenance of without side effect.
