| 摘 要： | 现代医学发展模式和特征对医院质量管理提出新的挑战，现代医学观要求人们把健康的注意力由偏重于治疗转向积极的预防。这是医学科学文化水平提高、医疗技术、医学知识普及和社会化的反映，对民众保健事业的发展有重要的指导意义。健康教育可以持续改进与稳步提高医疗质量，有利于构筑完善的医疗质量管理体系，健康教育通过影响个体和群体行为，有计划、有目的地指导行为习惯的改变，预防疾病，促进健康。在医院质量管理过程中，加强临床健康教育，才能保障医疗质量管理体系得到持续改进与稳步提高，更好地保障医疗安全和为患者服务。
