| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨妇科腹腔镜下附件手术的临床效果.方法 将妇科83例附件手术随机分为腹腔镜组(43例)和开腹组(40例),对两组患者的特征及术中、术后情况进行对比分析.结果 两组在年龄、体重、剖腹术史、疾病分类方面差异无显著性(P>0.05).术中出血量、术后对镇痛药的需求、术后住院日及恢复时间,腹腔镜组显著减少(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 腹腔镜手术治疗附件疾病安全有效,优于传统开腹手术.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating Adnexal Diseases by Laparosdcopy. Methods 83 Adnexal Diseases with requiring surgical management were randomly divided into laparoscopy group(43 cases) and laparotomy group(40 cases) in the same time. Their characteristics and detection in operation and postoperative recovery were compared. Results There were no different in age, body weight, previous laparotomy, and disease sort between two groups(P>0.05). Laparoscopy was associate with a significant reduction in intraoperative blood loss, analgesic requirement, hospital stay and recovery period (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions The Laparoscopic surgery in treating Adnexal Diseases is an effective and safe way and superior to laparotomy. |
