IUD合并异位妊娠38例临床分析

目的:探索IUD合并异位妊娠的关系,为临床提供治疗和预防依据。方法:对38例IUD合并异位妊娠资料进行分析。结果:IUD的发生以24~35岁妇女最多,与妇科炎症主要是输卵管炎和盆腔炎有直接的关系,IUD并不增加异位妊娠的发生率,但与盆腔手术的增加,如人工流产术,剖宫产的关系较为密切。IUD合并异位妊娠与IUD放置时间、种类有很大关系。结论:应降低人工流产率,减少剖宫产手术以预防异位妊娠的发生。应减少对不锈钢圆环及塑料环的应用,尽量应用含铜IUD及含孕酮IUD,以降低妊娠率。放器后定期B超随访,减少异位妊娠的发生。

A Clinical Analysis of 38 Cases of Intrauterine Devices Combined with Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective:To analyses 38 cases of IUD combined with ectopic pregnancy,in order to offer the clinical treatment basis.Methods:to analyses 38 cases of IUD combined with ectopic pregnancy.Results:It occurs mostly to women of 24-35 years old;it has a direct relationship with gynecologic inflammations among which oviduct infection and pelvic cavity infection are the two main inflammations;IUD does not increase the occurrence rate of ectopic pregnancy,but to some extent responsible for the increasement of operations on pelvic cavity such as induced abortion and Caesarean operation,thus reducing the rate of induced abortion and Caesarean birth plays a very important role in preventing the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy.The time span during which IUD is in the womb is closely related with IUD combined with ectopic pregnancy;the longer the time,the higher the rate of occurrence.Conclusion:IUD must be examined regularly in order to reduce the related problems.The sorts of IUD also have a close connection with IUD combined with ectopic pregnancy.The application of the rounding made of stainless steel and plastic should be reduced.IUD containing copper or progesterone should be used as far as possible in order to reduce the pregnancy rate.In addition,the timely ultrasound scan can also reduce the occurrence of IUD combined with ectopic pregnancy in some way.
