高分辨率CT扫描在鼻骨骨折中的临床应用价值

目的探讨高分辨率CT扫描在鼻骨骨折中的临床运用价值。方法选择94例患者进行X性侧位片检查和高分辨率CT检查,将检查结果记录制成表格,并比较两种检查方法的异同,从而确定高分辨CT扫描在鼻骨骨折中的临床运用价值。结果 94例鼻骨骨折患者中高分辨率CT确诊率明显高于X线侧位片的确诊率,X线侧位片的检查不确定率明显高于高分辨率CT,未见骨折的情况X线也明显多于高分辨率CT,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。94例患者中高分辨率CT对鼻区骨折(线性骨折、粉碎性骨折)的检出率均明显高于X线侧位片的检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高分辨率CT在诊断鼻骨骨折时具有较好的诊断准确性和特异性,可以作为诊断鼻骨骨折的诊断标准和首要诊断方法。

The clinical value of high-resolution CT scanning in nasal bone fracture

Objective To explore the clinical use value on high-resolution CT scanning in nasal bone fracture value, through comparison of inspection of results in the X-ray photography and high-resolution CT. Methods We chose 94 pa- tients which were all underwent lateral X-ray photography examination and inspection of high-resolution CT, and record results as a table and compared the two methods of the similarities and differences, thus determined the clinical use value on high-resolution CT scanning in nasal bone fracture value. Results The diagnosis rate in high-resolution CT was sig- nificantly higher than the lateral X-ray photography examination in 94 cases of patients with nasal bone fractures, the un- certainty rate in the lateral X-ray photography was significantly higher than high-resolution CT, no fracture case of X-ray was significantly more than the high-resolution CT （P〈0. 05）, it had significant statistics. In all 94 patients, detection rate of linear fracture, comminuted nasal fracture in the high-resolution was significantly higher than the inspection of the X-ray photography, P〈0. 05, it had significant statistics. Conclusion High-resolution CT in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture had good diagnostic accuracy and specificity, it can be used as diagnostic criteria for diagnosis of nasal bone frac- ture and primary diagnostic method.
