术优康液湿敷与安普贴外敷治疗压疮疗效对比分析

目的对比分析术优康液湿敷与安普贴外敷治疗压疮的临床效果。方法将76例明确诊断为压疮患者随机分为术优康组与安普贴组,术优康组采用术优康液湿敷法治疗,安普贴组采用安普贴外敷法治疗。结果两组治疗均能促进压疮愈合,术优康组46例痊愈29例,显效11例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率97.83%;安普贴组42例痊愈19例,显效7例,有效9例,无效7例,总有效率83.33%。术优康组愈合的平均愈合时间为(8.6±1.3)d,安普贴组愈合的平均愈合时间为(13.8±2.2)d,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论术优康液湿敷法能促进压疮的创面愈合,并缩短压疮创面愈合时间,其疗效均优于安普贴外敷。

The efficacy analysis of treatment of pressure ulcer with wet compress of Shuyoukang liquid compared to Algoplaque topical applyment

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of wet compress with Shuyoukang liquid in the treatment of pressure ulcer, comparing to the external application of Algoplaque. Methods 76 cases, who were diagnosed to be with pressure ulcer, were divided into Kang group and Algoplaque group, the Kang group was wet compressed with Shuyou- kang liquid and the Algoplaque group was topically applied with Algoplaque. Results There were 46 cases in the Kang group and 42 cases in the Algoplaque group. In the Kang group, there were 29 cases of recovered, 11 cases of observably efficacious, 5 cases of efficacious, and only 1 case of ineffectiveness, the totally effective rate was 97.83%. In the Algo- plaque group, there were 19 cases of recovered, 7 cases of observably efficacious, 9 cases of efficacious, and 7 cases of ineffectiveness, the totally effective rate was 83.33 %. The average healing time of the Kang group was （8.6±1.3）d, and the average healing time of the Algoplaque film group was （13.8±2. 2）d, the therapeutic effect of two groups had statistical differences. Conclusion The Shuyoukang liquid wet compress therapy can promote the pressure ulcer recovery and shorten the healing time. The therapeutic effect of Kang liquid is better than the Algoplaque.
