| 摘 要： | 目的观察应用外支架治疗学龄前儿童股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法应用外支架治疗19例学龄前儿童股骨干骨折。结果 19例全部获得随访,随访时间3个月～1年,骨折全部愈合,无髋膝关节功能障碍,患肢增长不超过1.5cm,骨折完全愈合,未出现跛行。结论外支架治疗学龄前儿童股骨干骨折稳定可靠,操作简便。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application and the effect of external fixator on femoral fracture in pre- school children. Methods From March 2010 to December 2012, 19 femoral fracture cases were treated by external fix- ator, all were preschool children including 12 males and 7 females cases, aged 2 to7 , the average age was 5.6. Results 19 cases were followed up, for 3 to 12 months. The healing rate was 100%, without hip and knee joint functional obsta- cle or limb growth did not exceeded 1.5cm. All cases which healed completely did not appear claudieation. Conclusion The implication of external fixator to treat femoral fracture in preschool children. |
