糖尿病专科护士护理服务模式研究

目的探讨糖尿病专科护士护理服务模式及实践效果。方法通过竞聘上岗设立糖尿病专科护士，开展门诊糖尿病患者会员制管理，开设专科护士门诊工作站，实行一票制一站式服务，进行形式多样针对性教育；开展住院患者护理会诊制和护理查房制，规范糖尿病护理，开展护理新项目，拓展社区护理等，全程管理医院糖尿病患者群，建立和完善糖尿病专科护士门诊——住院——社区护理服务模式。结果调查125名糖尿病病友俱乐部会员，其糖尿病专科护士护理服务模式实施前后掌握糖尿病知识，自我管理能力以及血糖、血脂等检验指标方面比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0.01）；患者、医生、护士对专科护士护理服务模式满意率均在95％以上。结论实施适合我国国情的糖尿病专科护士服务模式，可提高护理满意度和护理专业化水平。

Research into the Nursing Service Mode for Specialized Nurses in Diabetes

Objective To explore the nursing service mode for specialized nurses in diabetes and its application effect. Methods The specialized nurses were elected to the posts. Membership management system was set up for diabetes outpatients. The outpatient workshop of specialized nurses was established for one-ticket one-stop service to conduct pertinent education of all forms. The nursing consultation and nursing rounding were implemented for the standardization of nursing for diabetes. New nursing items were exploited and community nursing was expanded. The outpatient-inpatient-community nursing mode for specialized nurses was completed. Results Among the surveyed 125 members of diabetes club, the self-care ability, blood sugar and blood lipid were significantly different between pre-and post-implementation of the nursing service mode for specialized nurses （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The satisfaction rate of patients, doctors, and other nurses with the mode was 95%. Conclusion The implementation of the nursing service mode for specialized nurses in diabetes in light of actual conditions in our country will increase the nursing satisfaction rate and the professional level of nursing.
