| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心理干预法对门诊无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)患者家属焦虑情绪的改变以及患者对治疗依从性的问题.方法 将100例MECT门诊患者随机分为心理干预组和对照组两组,心理干预组主要是在签署知情同意书前,由指定护士对家属进行相应的心理干预,对照组则按常规进行知情和签字同意.在患者进行MECT治疗的第1天,采用精神卫生焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者家属的焦虑程度进行测评,并比较两组患者的治疗依从性.结果 干预组患者家属的焦虑程度较对照组明显低,该组患者治疗的依从性提高.结论 对无抽搐电休克治疗的患者家属进行适度的心理干预,将降低家属对MECT的焦虑反应,并提高患者的治疗依从性.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of psychololgical intervention on anxi-ety in family members of patients treated with modified electroconvulsivetherapy(MECT),and their compliance to MECT.Methods Totally l00 relatives of patients undergoing ECT were randomly divided into intervention and control groups.Relevant knowledge about MECT and health education were conducted in the intervention group,while routine nursing care was given in the control group.Results There were significant differ-ences in the degree of anxiety between the two groups,the compliance were increased in the intervention group.Conclusion Psychological intervention can releave the anxi-ety in the family members of patients treated with MECT,increase the patients compliance to MECT. |
