小剂量糖皮质激素吸入联合多索茶碱治疗儿童哮喘的临床观察

目的观察吸入低剂量糖皮质激素的基础上联合多索茶碱对儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法对首次在医院儿科哮喘门诊就诊的6-14岁符合哮喘诊断标准的非急性发作期轻、中度哮喘患儿160例，随机分为观察组和对照组各80例，现察组予吸入低剂量布地奈德气雾剂并口服多索茶碱；对照组予单纯吸入低剂量布地奈德气雾剂。随访6个月，观察临床疗效及测定肺功能指标，进行对比并行统计学分析，并记录治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组完成随访70例、对照组64例，观察组临床控制率和肺功能改善情况均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。两组均未发现严重的药物不良反应。结论低剂量皮质激素吸入联合多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘具有良好的疗效和安全性，值得临床推广应用。

Follow-up study of low-doses inhaled corticosteroids combined with doxofylline on treatment of bronchial asthma in children

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of low-doses inhaled eorticosteroids （ICS） com- bined with doxofylline on treatment of bronehial asthma in ehildren. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of children aged 6 to 14 years with non-acute mild to moderate bronchial asthma were randomly distributed into two groups. Treat- ment group （80patients） was treated with low-doses ICS eombined with doxofylline and Control group （80 patients） was treated with low-doses ICS. The elinieal effieacy and lung function changes were assessed after management. The safety was evaluated by recording adverse events. Results 70 patients were followed up in Treatment group, 64 patients were followed up in control group. The total controlled rates of treatment group was 94, 3 % and that of controlled group was 75%. There was a significant difference between the groups（P〈0. 05）. The improvement of pulmonary function after management in treatment group was more well than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. No serious adverse events hap- pened in two groups. Conclusion The low-doses ICS combined with doxofylline is of well efficacy and safety for children with bronchial asthma,should be widely applied to asthma in children,
