呼和浩特市体检人群高尿酸血症与代谢综合征及其相关因素的分析

摘    要:目的探讨高尿酸血症(HUA)与代谢综合征(MS)及其组成成分的相关性。方法根据MS的诊断标准,从健康体检人群中选取MS患者310例和非MS患者347例,检测血尿酸(SUA)、身高、体重、体质量指数(BMI)、血压、血糖、血脂、瘦素(LEP)、胰岛素(Fins)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。按照尿酸(UA)的四分位数将总人群分为四组,1组:UA≤216 Umol/L(n=164);2组:216 Umol/LUA≤272 Umol/L(n=163);3组:272 Umol/LUA≤337 Umol/L(n=164);4组:337 Umol/L(n=166)。结果MS组和非MS组的收缩压(SBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、SUA、Fins和HOMA-IR相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。MS组和非MS组的年龄、BMI、舒张压(DBP)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HCL-C)相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。MS、高血压、肥胖、高血脂、高血糖的发生率随SUA水平的增加而增高,MS的发生率在1、2、3、4、组分别为24%、35%、51%、76%。结论 SUA与MS及其组成成分密切相关,HUA在MS的形成与发展中起重要作用。

An analysis on the correlation among hyperuricemia,the metabolic syndrome and its related factors in physical examination subjects in Hohhot

Abstract:Objective To elucidate the relationship between serum uric acid (SUA),metabolic syndrome (MS) and its related factors. Methods According to the diagnostic criterion of MS,we selected 310 patients with MS and 347 patients without MS and examined their weight, height,blood pressure ,blood glucose, blood lipid ,insulin,BMI and insulin resisitanee index. According to UA quartile,total population can be divided into the following four groups:first group UA ≤216 Umol/L (n = 164);second group 216 Umol/L 〈 UA ≤272 Umol/L (n = 163);third group 272 Umol/L 〈 UA ≤337Umol/L (n = 164);fourth group 〉 337Umol/L (n=166). Results There were significant differences in systolic pressure,blood glucose,LDL-C,TG,TC,leptin,SUA,insulin and insulin resisitance index between patients with MS and patients without MS. There was no significant difference in age, diastolic pressure, BMI and HDL-C. The rate of MS,hypertension,obesity,hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia have increased with the increase of SUA. The prevalence of MS were 24%,35%,51%,76% in the groups. Conclusion SUA is associated with MS and its components. HUA plays an important role in the development of MS.
