| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨补肾活血法对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠细胞凋亡基因bcl-2、baxmRNA表达的影响。方法]将雌性8～12周龄Wister大鼠分为模型组、中药低剂量组、中药高剂量组及西药组。造模成功并分别给药后,采用电镜及RT-PCR法检测药物干预前后模型大鼠异位子宫内膜的病理形态学及凋亡调控基因bcl-2、bax mRNA的阳性表达情况。结果]补肾活血高剂量组及西药组的异位内膜组织发生凋亡的改变最为明显,并可明显下调bcl-2 mRNA阳性的表达和提升baxmRNA阳性的表达,而中药低剂量组及模型组的改变不明显。结论]子宫内膜异位症的发生与细胞凋亡能力的下降有关。补肾活血中药能促进内膜细胞发生凋亡,使异位病灶萎缩、消退。
