奥平栓联合复方重铬酸钾溶液治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

目的探讨奥平栓联合复方重铬酸钾溶液治疗不同类型宫颈糜烂的疗效与安全性。方法采用前瞻性对照研究方法,将180例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组,分别采用奥平栓、奥平栓加复方重铬酸钾溶液进行治疗,观察和比较其疗效和副作用。结果两组对宫颈糜烂的单纯型治愈率均明显高于颗粒型及乳头型(P<0.01);奥平栓加复方重铬酸钾溶液组治疗乳头型宫颈糜烂总有效率(88.5%)明显高于奥平栓治疗组(73.9%)(P<0.01)。两组均未见明显副作用。结论奥平栓联合复方重铬酸钾溶液疗法适用于各种宫颈糜烂,治疗乳头型疗效较其他疗法更为突出。

Clinical Observation of the Curative Effect of OPIN Combined with Fufang Potassium Dichromate Solution in Treating Cervical Erosion

OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy and reliability of OPIN combined with Fufang Potassium dichromate solution in treating different categories of cervical erosions. METHODS With the perspective compare studying methods,180 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups and treated respectively with OPIN and OPIN combined with Fufang Potassium dichromate solution,the cure rates and the adverse reactions were observed and compared. RESULTS The cure rates of general cervical erosion are both significantly higher than that of granule types and mastoid types in two groups(P<0.01);The total cure rates of mastoid cervical erosion with OPIN combined with Fufang Potassium dichromate solution(88.5%)are significantly higher than that of OPIN group(73.9%)(P<0.01). There are no obvious adverse reactions between both groups. CONCLUSIONS OPIN combined with Fufang Potassium dichromate solution is a effective therapy on all categories of cervical erosions,especially for those mastoid cervical erosion patients.
