中西医结合治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓28例

摘    要:目的]观察中西医结合疗法,即疏血通注射液静点、中成药消栓胶囊口服、水调散外敷联合西医溶栓、抗凝治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法]将56例随机分成两组,治疗组(中西医结合治疗):疏血通注射液静点,中成药消栓胶囊内服,水调散外敷联合西医溶栓、抗凝治疗;对照组(西药治疗):单用西药治疗。观察两组血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原含量的变化;比较两组总有效率及复发率的差异。结果]两组血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原含量的变化具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率高于对照组。随访半年,治疗组复发率低于对照组,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论]中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓具有一定的优势,值得推广。

Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Acute Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis 28 Cases of Clinical Observation
Abstract:Objective]To observe the traditional chinese and western medicine,that is,Shuxuetong injection static point of proprietary chinese medicines Xiaoshuan oral capsule bulk water to the joint external western thrombolysis,anticoagulation treatment of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of the clinical efficacy.Methods]56 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group (chinese and western medicine):Shuxuetong injection static point of proprietary chinese medicines Xiaoshuan internal capsule,external application of water to the joint western San thrombolysis,anticoagulant therapy;the control group (western medicine):a single treatment with western medicine.The rate of platelet aggregation were observed, the changes in fibrinogen;compare the efficiency of the two groups and there will always be differences in the relapse rate.Results]The rate of platelet aggregation,flbrinogen content with significant difference (P < 0.05).Treatment group higher than the total effective rate.Follow-up six months,the treatment group the relapse rate is lower than the control group,two groups with significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion] The combination of chinese and western medicine treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis have certain advantages,it is worth promoting.
