| 摘 要： | 目的:观察推拿对椎-基底动脉供血不足(VB I)患者脑血管功能的影响,探讨该法治疗VB I的作用机理。方法:采用经颅多普勒(TCD)检测VB I患者左椎动脉(LVA)、右椎动脉(RVA)及基底动脉(BA)治疗前后收缩期峰流速(Vs)、舒张期末峰流速(Vd)、平均峰流速(Vm)以及血管搏动指数(PI),观察其指数的改变情况而作出评价。结果:患者Vm、PI和血管弹性指标(D I,D I=VD/VS)治疗前后均有显著性改变(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:推拿疗法对VB I患脑血管有较好改善作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:Observe the effects of massage on cerebral vertebral artery's function of vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI),and to probe into the mechanism.Methods:Transcranial doppler(TCD)was used for detection of Systolic Flow Velocity(Vs),Enddiastolic Peak Flow Velocity(Vd),Mean Peak Flow(Vm)and Pulsatility Index(PI)before and after treatment.Results:There is markedly significant differences in Vm,PI and DI(DI=VD/VS)before and after treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage can improve cerebral vertebral artery's function of VBI. |
