| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氟西汀合用舒必利治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法对符合CCMD-3诊断标准中抑郁症的60例患者随机分为研究组(合用组32例)和对照组(单用氟西汀组28例)，采用汉米顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和药物不良发应。结果研究组起效快，显效率高于对照组，而不良反应显著低于对照组。结论氟西汀合用小剂量舒必利治疗抑郁症的疗效优于单用氟西汀。不良反应较少，依从性高。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effect and side events of Fluoxetine combined with small dose of Sulpiride in treating depression.Methods 60 patients were identified as depression according to CCMD-3 and randomly assigned to study group (Fluoxetin combined with Sulpiride n=32)for 8 weeks.Effects and side effects werw evaluated separately with HAMD and TESS before and after the treatment.Results Study group took effect more quickly, and a significant improvement rate of study group was higher them that control group. HAMD Scores of study group was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment. There was significantly less patients with nausea side effect in studygroup. Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with small dose of Sulpiride to treat depression had better effectiveness,less side effects and better compliance. |
