动力髁螺钉治疗股骨转子下骨折的临床应用

目的探讨应用动力髁螺钉（DCS）治疗股骨转子下骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法应用DCS治疗股骨转子下骨折78例，术后每月摄片观察骨折愈合情况，并按Harris标准评判关节功能。结果78例中有63例获得随访，随访6～20个月，平均14个月，63例均获得骨愈合。按Harris评分，优良率达95．8％，无一例发生髋内翻、下肢短缩、骨不连和钢板螺钉松动等并发症。结论动力髁螺钉治疗股骨转子下骨折固定可靠，并发症少，是治疗股骨转子下骨折较理想的方法之一。

Treatment of subtrochanteric fracture of femur with dynamic condyle screw

Objective To explore the application of dynamic condyle screw(DCS) in treatment of subtrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods Seventy-eight cases of subtrochanteric fracture of femur were treated with DCS.Results Sixty-three of 78 cases obtained follow-up for average 14 months(ranged from 6 to 20 months),complete union were observed in all cases.According to the Harris standards of grading,the cure rate was 95.8%.No case appeared coax inversion,fracture nonunion and shorttening deformity of the limbs.There were no loosening of plates and screws.Conclusion Using DCS to treat subtrochanteric fracture of femur is very reliable.The incidence of complication is low.It is one of the best way to treat the subtrochanteric fracture of femur.
