医学生心理状况的追踪调查

目的:评定同一批医学生1年前后的心理健康状况。方法:于2003年对西安交通大学医学院1、2年级的本科生用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行了测试,1年后对这批学生进行了复查。结果:基线调查有24.5%的医学生存在各种明显的心理健康问题,1年后明显下降为14.8%。与常模相比1年前学生除了躯体化,人际关系敏感和偏执因子低于常模外,其余的各因子都高于常模;而1年后只有抑郁,焦虑,恐怖和精神病性因子稍高于常模,其余因子都低于常模;且前后相比,后期9个因子都低于前期。结论:基线调查时医学生存在各种心理卫生问题,1年后心理卫生问题明显减轻。

AN INVESTIGATION INTO PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH CONDITION OF MEDICAL COLLEGE STUDENTS

Objective:To compare the psychological health of same medical college students during two years.Methods:950 medical college students in Grade 1 and Grade 2 of Xi'an Jiaotong University were investigated with Symptom checklist(SCL-90) in year 2003,after one year they were investigated again.Results:The rate of psychological health problem medical college students was 24.5% in the first investigation,but the rate dropped to 14.8% after one year.The factors of SCL-90 were higher than that in normals except somatic factor,sensitive personal relationship and crankiness.after on year only depression,worriment,fear and psychosis were little higher than that in normals,other factors were significantly lower than that in normals.But all the factors were lower than that in one year befere.Conclusion:In the first investigation,medical college students had all kinds of psychological problems,but the problems decline after one year.
