| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨对吸烟者行空气净化前后血液流变学的变化。[方法]对29名吸烟者所处居进行每日24h空气净化，每隔1个月抽血检测血液流变学的各项指标。[结果]空气净化1个月后，低切变率下全血粘度、高切变率下全血粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原与净化前比较均显著下降，有效率为82％以上。[结论]对吸烟者空气净化治疗，能显著改善其血液流变学。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study The change of blood rheology of smokers before and after the air is cleaned. [Methods] the air in 29 smokers' living places were cleaned for 24 hr every day. The blood of them was tested every 1 month to get the blood rheology index. [ Results] The entire blood rheology index got significantly decreased, the effective rate was 82% . [Conclusions] To clean the air of the smokers ' living places can improve their rheology of the smokers. |
