溴氯海因对水中微生物杀灭效果及其影响因素

摘    要:目的:了解溴氯海因对水中微生物杀灭效果及影响因素。方法:进行了实验室悬液定量杀菌试验及天然水样、游泳池水的消毒试验。结果:在20℃±2℃试验温度下,含有效卤素(以有效氯计)1.0 mg/L作用3 min对水中大肠杆菌的杀灭效果均达100%;含有效卤素(以有效氯计)15 mg/L作用7 min对天然井水中大肠菌群消毒合格;在游泳池水中加入溴氯海因使其有效卤素(以有效氯计)终浓度为1.2 mg/L,对游泳池水的细菌总数和大肠菌群消毒合格,且余氯为0.5 mg/L。温度、pH、有机物对含有效卤素(以有效氯计)2 mg/L的消毒液杀菌效果影响不明显。结论:溴氯海因对水中微生物具有良好的杀灭效果。

Abstract:Objective:To know the efficacy of BCDMH in killing microorganisms in water and the influencing factors.Methods:Suspension quantitative germicidal test in laboratory and natural water sample disinfection test were carried out.Results:The disinfectant containing available chlorine 1.0 mg/?L with a 3 min contact time had an efficacy of killing 100% of Escherichia coli in water suspension.The disinfectant containing available chlorine 15 mg/?L with a 7 min contact time could kill coli-group in natural well water to up-to-standard disinfection.The disinfectant containing available chlorine 1.2 mg/?L could kill the total-germ and coli-group in swimming water to up-to-standard disinfection and the residual chlorine was 0.5 mg/?L.The water temperature,pH value and color of organic had no influence on germicidal efficacy of water containing available chlorine 2 mg/?L.Conclusion:Results indicate that BCDMH has good efficacy in killing microorganisms in water.
