冻干流行性腮腺炎减毒活疫苗人体反应及免疫效果观察

冻干流行性腮腺炎减毒活疫苗（腮腺炎疫苗），在我国系新近问世的预防制剂。我们选用了能够更为真实反映疫苗免疫原性的血清中和试验（ＳＮ）方法，对Ｓ７９株腮腺炎疫苗的免疫效果及人体反应进行观察。检测了２３９份无腮腺炎显性感染史及接种史的１～４岁健康儿童的免疫前、后血清，结果显示，免疫前抗体阴性的１５８名儿童中，免疫后４５天其中和抗体阳转率为８５．４％，几何平均滴度倒数（ＧＭＲＴ）为５．５３：免疫前抗体阳性者其免疫后抗体亦显著升高，且４倍及以上增长者占５６．８％。由此可见，不论免疫的有无抗体该疫苗免疫后抗体均显著升高。接种该疫苗后全身及局部反应轻微，表明该疫苗可用作流行性腮腺炎自动免疫预防。

THE IMMUNE RESPONSES AND SYSTEMIC REACTIONAFTER VACCINATION WTTH S79 LIVE ATTENUATEDLYOPHILIZED MUMPS VACCINE IN CHILDREN

An obseration of inumune responses after vaccination with 579 live attenuated mumps vaccine was carried out in children. Two hundred and thirty - nine children aged 1 to 4 years without history of mumps or mumps vaccination were involved in the study . The antibody respouses were tested by serum neutralization (SN) test . Of the 239 subjects , 1 58 were found to be injtially seronegative, the overall seroconversion rate was 85.4% whereas the geometric mean titre in seroconvenion children was 5. 53 after 45 days. In children who were seropositive prior to vaccination., a marked rise in antibody titre was found after inumunization indicating a booster response and half of them also showed a fourfold or even greater rise in antibodies . The systemic reactions after vaccination with S 79 live attenuated mumps vaccine were mild . The result showed that the 579 live attenuated mumps vaccine can elicit good inunune responses and cause mild systemic reactions.
